The Republic Day was celebrated in the College with spirited enthusiasm and a deep sense of patriotism. The programme began with the hoisting of the National flag by Mr. Jerry Prashant, Director, MCAS. Following this the National Anthem was sung. The Director in his Republic Day address spoke of the significance of the event. He said that just as a nation needs a Constitution for good governance, an institution also needs rules and regulations for its smooth functioning. He urged the students to abide by the Constitution of India to be good citizens and follow the rules and regulations of the college to be good students.

Sweets were distributed after this brief function.
